Hi people this week Chennai formerly madras is celebrating its 369th birthday. Chennai once known as chennapatnam was brought by the British from king of vijayanagar now transformed into a big metropolitan city thanks to the British for giving such a beautiful city, I'm proud to be a part of it .here I had uploaded some of photos of old Chennai friends from Chennai who see this cheers.
This photo was a result of a click i made during my travel in car on the way to velankanni this was the mighty kollidam river now dry due to Karnataka s selfishness this bridge is very old and every train should go through this only to reach southern India this bridge once caused 5o lives when passengers travelled in roof top of a train during kamarajar’s death is now gone half of the bridge is removed for construction purpose what a sight a bridge which has some decades old is now removed anyways thanks to the British engineers without them it would not have been in existence till now.
